Jul 04, 2015 · I bought a house in Butternut Wi in 2001. It had a GV-5 Weil Mclain boiler in it. I have spent close to $2000.00 on repairs of this money pit. The things that have went bad on it are the boiler section, blower,circuit board, transformer, igniter. stainless steel burner, and the pressure switch. The only part that has not been changed is the pump.
